April Update - PM Closing & Scenarios

Hey Hunters,
This Friday, we're closing the Pledge Manager. We've been diligently addressing issues with some backers' surveys and orders. However, there are still a few who haven't completed their surveys. Rest assured, they'll receive an additional email soon with a reminder and instructions.
We'll be posting another update on Friday to provide final instructions regarding card charges and order locks in Backerkit.
SCENARIOS, RULEBOOK & FINAL PLAYTESTING
In the meantime, a quick update on the game development end.
Scenarios: Our team is in the final stages of completing the game's scenarios. As you're aware, there are a total of 15 scenarios: 12 in the base game and an additional 3 in the Trinity expansion. We're pleased to share that 10 scenarios are already completed, with the remaining 5 actively being developed and playtested to ensure the best gaming experience.
Rulebook: We've dedicated efforts to refining the rules for the competitive mode. After careful considerations and adjustments over the past couple of months, we're now confident in the current ruleset. Consequently, we're updating and improving both the rulebook and the scenariobook, with the latter awaiting the final 5 scenarios.
Playtesting: As game development nears completion, we invite you to join us in the final stages through playtesting. We aimed to keep most scenarios a surprise for the game's release, however, if any of you would like to lend a hand or induldge their curiosity, we are happy to receive some feedback. If you wish to playtest, please let us know or hop into ourDiscord channel.

February Update - Art and Design

Hey hunters,
As promised, today we are sharing a bulk of the design and art changes and additions that we have been finishing for the final version. So let's not waste anymore time as it will be a rather longer update with the amount of images it will have.
PLEDGE MANAGER
Before we begin, quick announcement in regards to the Pledge Manager. As some of our backers need our assistance in closing their surveys we will extend the closure of the Pledge Manager for a week or two to resolve all their problems and to properly close it out.
There will be an update few days before the complete closure and one on the day that PM ends.
DESIGN CHANGES
We were not happy with how several of our cards looked, so we wanted to give them a quick makeover to make them more epic. We already shared some of the changes, so here are the rest of them.
Keep in mind, that all of them can still be a subject to small changes before we send all the files.
MAGIC CARDS - We added some background art to help with the immersion and their overall aesthetics.
IMPROVEMENT CARDS - Some background effects were added as well depending on their type.
MONARCH CARDS - We added art to all the Monarch cards. Even though they are not used often (as they each have their own a token to be placed on the game board we still felt like this helps with the immersion and your playing experience. We separated them depending on their negative/positive effects on the game.
CHARACTER & ABILITY CARDS - It felt like the previous character cards were overwhelmed with small text, making it difficult to read and leaving you with no space to enjoy the art of the character you are playing.
This is also a suitable moment to share the updated Spellblade art. We hope you like it. Also the character card is blurred in order to not spoil the surprise of her unique and awesome ability. You can read her description on her character card... and you are free to write your guesses as to what she has to offer in the game.
ART ADDITIONS & CHANGES
MONSTER UPDATE - We updated the HYDRA art as we felt like it was out of place compared to others and finished the last monster for the base game, called BASMU (Yes there are still some monsters we haven't shared with you as part of the scenario pack ;))
TOWNSFOLK UPDATE - Here are the last 3 townsfolk art pieces: MONSTER COLLECTOR, PLAGUE DOCTOR & HORSE MERCHANT. And lastly the new NIGHT WATCH, which is also a part of the Icy Winds Scenario

January Update - Closing of Pledge Manager

Hey Hunters,
Today's update is going to be relatively short and concise.
STATE OF THE GAME
All of our miniatures files have been done and completed. Some needed to be separated and converted into ZTLs (instead of STLs for all of you who aren't adept in 3D printing) and are in the process of resculpting and 3d printing. Now it is the time of Chinese Holidays, which start with 3rd of February and end on 18th of February.
DESIGN AND ART SNEAK-PEEK
While we are waiting for all the miniatures to be finished and resculpted and for Chinese Holidays to end, we are focusing all our time and energy into finishing the game design, scenarios and art. In the next update, which should follow relatively soon we can share much more on what's been done on both interface and gameplay. But for now, let me just share with you:

PLEDGE MANAGER CLOSING
While the manufacturing is closing in, we will also need to close our Pledge Manager and finish all of the orders to have exact numbers. This is why we are closing our Pledge Manager on the 1st of March.
This also means that this is the last reminder to conclude your orders and surveys and write your name on the box, since once we send the files to the manufacturing company, there is no turning back.

November Update - Detailed Timeline plan

Let's not beat around the bush and immediately jump into today's update which all of you were waiting for. Agenda for today is:

DETAILED TIMELINE
We already gave you our estimate last time of when to expect certain processes to start and finish. Now we can dive into the details since the first step of the production is right around the corner.
This past few months we've been talking to our manufacturers quite frequently and trying to understand each process of manufacturing, how long it lasts, what it needs from us etc. We also realize the sheer scale and size of our game, which normally takes more time for certain processes. So we took all of that into consideration and even included a possible margin of error on each process, to then calculate the timeline we are sharing below. We will try to go into details, so that you guys can understand each part of production and how long it lasts.
Keep in mind that we received quite more optimistic timeline, so it is entirely possible that you will receive the game before that... at least we hope you do.
December 10th - 30th: MINIATURE RESCULPTING
By the 10th of December we send all of our miniature files and their subtools to manufacuring company, who then checks them and resculpts them in order to make them ready for print.
December 31st - January 20th: 3D PRINTING + MAKING TOOLING MASTERS & RESIN COPIES
The miniatures are then 3D printed, tooling masters and their resin copies are made.
January 21st - March 9th: SENDING RESIN COPIES TO FLG FOR APPROVAL
The resin copies then need to be approved. What we kept in mind here, are the chinese new year holidays, which are almost 1 month long.
March 10th - May 18th: TOOLING/MOLD MAKING & PRINTING FILE VERIFICATION
By 10th of March we need to have all of our files ready and send them to our manufacturers so they can verify them, make all the necesarry molds/tools etc.
May 19th - June 8th: MAKING PRE-PRODUCTION COPIES AND SENDING THEM FOR APPROVAL
This is when we get to see what our game will look like once its mass printed. They will send it to us and we get to show it to you as well.
June 9th - September 7th: MASS PRODUCTION
Now we get to the fun part of manufacturing your games.
September 8th - November 17th: SEA SHIPPING
The games are packed, loaded onto the freights and pallets and on the way to hubs around the world.
November 18th: START OF FULFILLMENT
Each hub then starts to pack and send the games to you all. Some will get the game right away, for some it may take some more time. We will keep you posted either way.
The first part was long, so we will keep next 2 short. We would like to remind you all to write us your names, which you would like to put on the box for our little memorial. GDPR forces us to do it via survey, so here you have the link again.

You have untill end of January to get your name there. If you already have, great, you dont have to do it again, since it will only be featured once. But in case you do not enter it on the link by end of January, we cannot put it on our box. So please do! We'd love to have you all there and remember you for ages to come.

We will not write stories and details about them all. Some of them you already know, some you anticipated and some you never heard of. These are the titles of all 12 base game scenarios. We will keep the rest to your imagination until the day when you finally get the Silver Coin package in front of your door. Oh... and what about the Trinity Expansion? We didn't forget. All is ready but we'll keep those as a secret for now, so you have something to explore and reveal.

Summer Update - Get Your Name on The Box

Hey Hunters,
We have tons of news for you, so bear with us for a bit.
This is really important, so read carefully and follow the instructions.
This was our Early bird reward for the first 1000 backers that helped us get this game funded. We will of course move on with the plan to include it on the inside of the box, HOWEVER...
The GDPR rules and regulations, especially for Kickstarter are very strict regarding these types of things. So we are NOT ALLOWED to simply add your name/nickname/surname/username on the box without your consent.
So... during the next several months you will have the opportunity to get your name on the box (if you are eligible for the early bird, which we can check). We will keep reminding you over the next several updates as well, so you will have plenty of time to see and take action regarding this.
You will be able to write your name in the GOOGLE DOC SURVEY in the link bellow.
WRITE YOUR NAME ON THE BOX HERE!
You can write whatever you want. Your name, your surname, your nickname, your username. You can even write your friend's or family member's name (if it is a gift). The only thing you need to keep in mind is that it needs to be a MAXIMUM of 15 characters long and it must not insult or denounce anyone. Whatever you end up writing, we will ultimately include on the box.
PLEDGE MANAGER EXTENDED
As you all may have noticed, the pledge manager has not been closed yet. As we are still receiving special requests from our backers, new orders via late pledge and are still in no rush, we decided to extend the pledge manager. For now, until November this year but possibly even more if needed.
The main objective of leaving it open is to give everyone more time to complete the survey. Remember that we cannot send you the game if we do not have your address and order in the system. We will go through all the backers and send a personal e-mail to anyone who has pledged for the game (not the 1€ backers) and not completed the survey yet, to really try to ensure nobody gets left out.
Of course, as always, we are here to help you out with anything you need or any problems you may have.
NECROMANCER 3D MINIATURE
Here we have it! The long awaited 3D miniature of theNecromancer, the personal favourite of many. It took a long time to find a perfect match for her 3D artist but in the end we are really, really proud of it and we hope you like it just as much as we do.
TIMELINE UPDATE
As promised, we are also sharing the updated timeline graphic. As already mentioned early this year, we have postponed the expected fulfillment of the game for one year due to a number of setbacks in our personal lives.
After all, we are just a bunch of really passionate guys who do this as a hobby and we still need to adapt to our daily jobs, families and everything that comes with it (housing, children, logistic, health etc.)
That being said, the most important thing for us is to deliever the game that both we and you can be proud of when delievered and put on the table. And we are confident in the new timeline which seems realistic for everything we have in plan. But if anything does come in between, you will be the first to know.
SCENARIOS
For the last part, let us share with you the sneak peek of one of the scenarios you have not see and that we hsve also upgraded since the campaign along with others we have been working on. We are trying not to spoil you the fun of exploring them yourselves... but some teasing can also do some good and hopefully hype you up.
It is not only a sneak peek of this scenario but a sneak peek into the entire mindset we had when developing the game.
Each scenario will bring a UNIQUE STORY, MECHANICS, COMPONENTS, WIN/LOSE CONDITIONS and most importantly a UNIQUE FEELING when playing it. We are really, really excited about the replayability and hundreds of hours they will provide you. It is something that we have not emphise enugh during the campaign we feel. So hopefully, you're as hyped as we are!
SCENARIO NAME: ICY WINDS
MODE/PLAYERS: SOLO & COOP for 1 - 3 Players
INTRO: The atmosphere was tinged with an unexpected chill as Fredrik hurriedly closed the windows. A sense of unease settled in as he turned to his mother and said, "Mom, the windows are all closed!"
Perplexed, she gazed out at the landscape. What should have been the onset of spring felt like an eternal winter, growing colder with each passing moment. "This is bewildering," she mused aloud, her voice laced with concern. "Winter's grasp shows no sign of loosening, and the days grow colder instead of warmer."
Realizing the urgency of the situation, she instructed Fredrik, "Quickly, add some wood to the fireplace. We must find warmth." Peering out towards the valley below, she noticed an eerie darkness enveloping the village. Unusual for this time of night, no lights twinkled below, not even the night's watch towers.
A shiver ran down her spine, and as she exhaled, her breath materialized in the frigid air. Something was amiss. The world beyond her window seemed to have plunged into an unnatural stillness.
"Fredrik, the wood is frozen solid. The fire won't catch," her voice quavered as panic crept in. How could the frost penetrate their very home? A sudden creaking sound drew her attention, and her eyes widened as ice began to encase the window frames.
Her instinct screamed for her to call Fredrik, but her voice failed to escape her lips. She stood frozen, a statue in time, as an enormous figure gripped her shoulder with an icy touch, sending a jolt of terror through her veins.
