[EARLY BIRD] How do I know if I am 48h backer and if I will get my name written on the box?

If your backer number is XXXX or lower, then you are a 48h backer and you will get your name written on the box. To check your backer number, check your KS confirmation email or: 1. Go to your KS info. 2. click Backed Projects 3. Click on the white and blue “+” symbol next to Silver Coin: Age of Monster Hunters project 4. Scroll to the bottom of the window to see it.

Yes, if you upgrade later in Kickstarter or pledge manager to the full pledges you will get your name on the box.

[GIFTS] What are the Moon and Dawn Gifts? How do I qualify for them?

They are two surprise gifts all backers of the Base game & Deluxe Collector’s All-in edition will receive. Moon and Dawn are code names. We are excited to share them with you as we believe things like this are what KS should be about. Community helping us bring the project to reality and us giving back. Moon will be revealed right after a successful KS and Dawn will wait you inside your package as you receive your game.

[LANGUAGE] You're not natives, and this game has a lot of text: how do I know that writing and editing will be up to scratch?

We will take extra care writing and editing this game, and we will use dedicated native proofreaders.

Yes, we are in discussions for licensing the game in different languages. Stay tuned for announcements. If there will be a language option for the game, you will be able to choose the language of your game in the pledge manager after the campaign.

[LANGUAGE] There’s text in a game, will there be an edition in my language?

Each language edition splits the print run, raising production costs. We’re still a small company launching an immensely ambitious project, so we must be extra careful to not overreach. We are however interested in doing language editions and are pursuing several options, from full localization to language packs to digital PDFs.

[PLEDGE] How can I add more copies to my pledge?

When you’re pledging for an item, you simply add manually the value relative to the number of copies of that item you want. E.g., If you want 2 copies of the Deluxe Collector’s All-in edition you write 290€ in the pledge box.

[PLEDGE MANAGER] Will there be a pledge manager?

A couple of months after the KS campaign is finished, we will open a pledge manager. You will be able to pick your rewards there and your addons and add get more stuff if you want. You will be able to choose your language, add and change your shipping address and pay for shipping. Full info and a bigger FAQ will be published right before we will open it.

[PLEDGE MANAGER] Can I back at 1€ and upgrade my pledge later?

Yes. Backers who pledge 1€ or more will get access to the Backerkit pledge manager after the Kickstarter concludes. Through there you can upgrade your pledge to any reward level and add additional products or add-ons.

[STORAGE] Will sleeves fit into the core box insert?

We will do our best to fit them but can’t promise that at the moment. We will have to see during the design process for mass production if we will have space for them.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
